Lead academic functions and oversee performance of all Principals in the area.

Improve Student-Teacher Ratios (SSR), fee collection, and manage school fleet operations.

Supervise Area Administrator for efficient data handling and administrative work.

📌 Community & Parental Engagement

Build strong relations with the community and utilize local resources.

Encourage Principals to maintain communication with parents.

Occasionally attend Parent-Student meetings and liaise with donors.

📌 Collaboration & Coordination

Maintain communication with other Area Education Managers (AEMs).

📌 Enhancing Principal Quality

Develop and guide Principals through continuous improvement and formal appraisals.

Collaborate with HR for recruitment and participate in Assessment Centers.

Provide mentorship and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
