Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant Banking / Non-Banking experience

📋 Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily team performance, conduct start/end-of-day meetings to align targets.
Maintain performance reports of Field Collection Managers and update senior management.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and office decorum.
Visit default customers to ensure timely recovery and provide customer-centric solutions.
Coordinate with departments such as Operations, Service Quality, Legal, and Credit Initiation.
Ensure SBP Prudential and Regulatory compliance in all operations.
Stay updated on bank products and propose effective collection strategies.
Handle any other task assigned by management.
Follow Code of Conduct and Fair Collection Guidelines at all times.
