Department: Employee Banking & Cash Management Division – Consumer Banking Group

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to grow Employee Banking and Cash Management businesses.
Lead a dedicated team for fulfilling business mandates through digital processes.
Build and manage relationships with clients and internal business verticals.
Convert customer pipelines using partnership strategies.
Analyze market opportunities, customer needs, and competitors.
Ensure coordination with all stakeholders for smooth business execution.
Meet Balance Sheet and P&L targets of the division.
Drive product innovation and process efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments for cross-selling of banking products.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from an HEC recognized or foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to those with at least 5 years in a similar leadership role.
Age Limit: Up to 55 years as of August 03, 2025.
